 He shifted into his shell and dove in too. --------- The two Bandits landed on the ground. "IE!" "That hurts...holmes..." A jewel fell out of the pipe next to them...  A glowing emerald, in fact. A gem Knux may find familiar... |

One of the Bandits picked up the Emerald, and didn't even notice the Echidna. "Get up, mang! We were lucky to hit the pipelines, but we gotta run if we're gonna escape wit dis!" "I hear ya. Let's find a pipe that leads to somewhere no one would ever find us!" They were about to run off.

"What're you goi...!" They groaned as she landed on the both of them. The emerald flew out of their grasp and toward Koops...flying right into his shell. He hit the ground next to Mona. "Ow..." He got up and out of said shell and blinked at the group. "Oh, we found them already." |

"EY EY! Chikita!" One of them got up. "We stole this rock fair and square, and we ain't givin' it up to an...?" He looked at his hands, surprised. "Huh? Yo, bro! You got the rock?" "Huh? Nah, I don't...where is it?!" "Huh, it disappeared didn't it...?" He felt something in his shell. "Ow, something's in my shell..." He shifted into it. "Oh, I found the emerald! I think...!" He gasped, right before his shell started glowing. His shell turned into a Technicolor form and spun around fast. "WHOA! Turtle be trippin' BA...!" Suddenly the shell flew through the bandits, knocking them both aside like bowling ball pins. "HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee......" Koops zipped down a sewer passage, and vanished out of sight. |

The shell flew past the figure, but bounced off a wall, sailing back toward him.
