Knuckles is fast, but his true power lies in his strength. He can easily punch boulders to pieces and can easily dig through the ground. Like Sonic, he can use Spin Attacks. However, unlike Sonic, he doesn't have quills that destroys his opponents. Instead, he uses his fists to do the damage while he spins...
Weakness:
He's headstrong and like Sonic, would go head first without thinking, namely against the hedgehog himself. He's quite gullible, as Eggman is able to trick him several times. There are times when he can also be shy around girls... when they kiss him. He could either freeze up or get motivated to help save the day. He would never admit it, but he has a fear of ghost!
POW Move:
Knuckles is able to throw boulders or make the earth shake if he puts more muscle into his fist. They are quite devastating.
Chaos/Magic Ability:
Being with the Master Emerald for so long, Knuckles has learned how to handle the giant gem. He's able to go into a super mode with all seven emeralds and gain a move called Thunder Arrow. With the Master Emerald, he has a tricky move that might be able to harm even supers and steal their emeralds.
Personality:
As Sonic is the wind moving free, Knuckles is the mountain, sturdy and strong. He takes his job as the Master Emerald seriously, and while he loath Sonic's free nature, he admits to envying it. Despite their fights, Knuckles acknowledge Sonic as a friend... though he'll never admit to it, unlike Tails and the others.
History:
He doesn't remember how long it has been, what was his life before he took upon the job, but for as long as he can remember, he has lived alone of Angel Island, protecting it and the Master Emerald. He lived their alone with its wildlife until one day a giant metallic space station crashed onto the island.
It was the Death Egg, its creator Dr. Eggman tricked Knuckles into saying he was a good guy and that Sonic was coming to take away the Master Emerald. Thus began the epic battle over the emeralds on the island. Eventually Knuckles learned the truth and helped Sonic and Tails defeat Robotnik, and retrieve the emeralds.
While he thought that would be the end of it... it seems Knuckles keeps getting pulled into Sonic's adventures, wither he likes it or not.
