Abilities:
She's fast, skillful and athletic. She's knows gymnastics, so expect some flips and twirls to get around quickly. Like most Mobians, Tiara has the basic abilities of them such as a spin dash. Her real powers come from the magic with her staff, giving her the abilities of Order
Weakness:
She's can be hotheaded when it comes to adventure, and doing things herself, but she has a heart that she won't let anyone die or get hurt. She won't even kill a bad guy, (unless they're some ancient evil demon threatening existence, or somewhere in that class of evil) thus villains can take advantage of her heart and compassion. Like the Order can stop the powers of Chaos, it can be worked vice-versa
POW Move:
Staff Shock
If someone other than her is holding onto her staff, a jolt of order goes through that person's body until they let it go
Order Ability:
Order Vs Chaos:
Tiara can use this to stop an opponent from using Chaos Powers (Excluding the Emeralds, or a being of Chaos Energy, less she posses an Order Ring or Sol Emerald).
Order Blast:
Just use the Order to create energy balls
Personality:
A kind and sincere woman, who full of spunk and energy. She loves adventure, and always looks out for the little guy, even if the stakes are against her. She does however tends to get irrated by things, like when a boy teases her and gets on her nerves, and heaven help the person who either; Mistreats her freinds, hurts a child, or just mistreat anyong, inlcuding their minions. Ironicly, Tiara may be connect to the Order, Tiara however tends to be a bit random, though not reckless.
History:
Tiara's father is a well respected scientist on Mobius, and he wanted to make an important difference to the world. Like a few researchers, he was among them brave enough to venture into the Land of Darkness.
Unfortunately, he had no one to watch over his daughter. Reluctantly, he ventured in the surface with her. They managed to build a home for themselves in a zone called Jungle Japes. Studying this side of the world's energy, Boobowski learned more of the Order and of the Sol Emeralds. He believed more order could have stabilized the Land of Darkness and make it inhabitable again for all.
With a staff Tiara had found in some relics, the old scientist crafted rings that reeled order energy into them. They were known as the Rings of Order... while they didn't purified the whole Land of Darkness, they seemed to be doing good with keeping the zone they lived in stable...
Until a sudden spike of Chaos Control shook the planet, causing the Rings of Order to scatter!
