Eggman has the IQ of 300, virtually impossible for even the most intelligent prodigy. He is knowledgeable in robotics, able to build a super-advanced robot in a manner of minutes if he wanted to. He can even build giant warships under a month.
Eggman also is surprisingly athletic. He's incredibly fast, enough to run from Sonic.
Weakness:
• For someone his age, very immature, prone to throwing fits and otherwise behaving like a petulant child when things don't go his way
• Doesn't have much common sense, and therefore tends to do things in an excessively roundabout manner, as well as the same way over and over again even when it's clear that method just doesn't work.
• Is extremely arrogant and self-praising, to the point that some of his robots are even modeled after him.
• Though he is a master of playing his opponents right into his hands, at the same time, he often ignores important factors in the effort of concentrating on a single goal.
POW Move:
Uh....running EXTREMELY FAST!!
Chaos/Magic Ability:
None, though he would use Chaos Emeralds to power death machines on par of the Death Egg.
Personality:
The world at large sees the Eggman as a crazed, self-absorbed madman bent on complete world domination. This is only half true. He honestly believes that the planet, as it stands, is in desperate need of his help, and that if everyone would just sit down, shut up, and listen to him, he could fix it all in a jiffy. For that reason, he's willing to go to extreme ends to achieve his goals, since, in his mind, the end more than justifies the means. Unfortunately, he is also something of a showman, and where simple straightforward force would do the trick, Eggman waves it off and goes for something flashy with lots of style that is more often than not extremely inefficient, leading into his consistent trouncings and resultant childish temper tantrums that can cause him to make decisions that he otherwise wouldn't have.
Outside of his leading the Empire, however, Robotnik is reasonably sociable and friendly, with a real personality beyond what Mobius thinks of him. He considers himself a gentleman, and tries to be courteous to women whenever possible, but isn't averse to dropping that immediately if it becomes obvious they're a threat to his goals. He's genuinely excited when people come over to his side and way of thinking, and tries to personally welcome them into the Empire even if he can't be the one who hired them. Oddly enough, the Doctor is a fan of disco, and is perfectly willing to argue back and forth for hours about whether or not it's dead (it's not).
History:
Many years ago, Professor Gerald Robotnik was one of the greatest scientific minds in all the world ... however, ended being insane. Most of his family hid their shame, changing their surname to Kintobor. They would hardly dare mention him...
...except Ovi Kintobor, who worshiped the genius of his grandfather. This pretty much made him a bit of the blacksheep of the family, especially by his brother. He had no idea why his family was ashamed of Gerald Robotnik.
As time went on, after Kintobor's college days, he started working with GUN, and was recruited as an assistant for Nate Morgan, a scientists who almost comes in par with Gerald. He, along with two other great scientists, studied the Special Zone, and found a way to convert the raw Chaos Energy of the zone into 'Magic Rings', thanks to the Star Posts, which were attended to be a harvester for the rings, but was discovered that it can bring people to the Special Zone.
Kintobor, worked on projects for GUN, solo, creating robotic soldiers, called Swatbots, hoping it will replace living soldiers, and prevents deaths in pointless wars. His idea was rejected; GUN believed robots could easily fall into the wrong hands, creating chaos. Kintobor went through GUN files, as ordered, to monitor the six Chaos Emeralds. He found a certain file about his grandfather, revealing the true events on that day in the ARK. It wasn't a test accident, as GUN said...it was a conspiracy!
Announcing his resignation, Ovi disappeared for nearly ten years, until after those years, he returned, not only gained a lot of weight, but became insane. He spent those years somehow building a city in the forbidden lands of the Land of Darkness, in the middle of the Ancient Relics, and create a robot empire. The Doctor became possessed by thoughts of vengeance. He would not allow his grandfather, the greatest man who ever lived, to die on a lie. He swore that he will banish all corrupt leaders, leaving him room to rule, so he can create a true utopia. And he started his conquest by terrorizing South Island, trapping all people into his Badnik robots so he can easily rule. But out of nowhere came Sonic, thus starting their never-ending feud.
Since then, it has been a repeated battle between the rivals, for Eggman will not stop until all of Mobius belongs to the Eggman Empire.
