Lots of relatives were introduce, buts Marilyn is the only one from a younger generation. Its unknown how the Bros are her Uncles, it means that either she's the daughter of their sister or another brother... but that sounds a little sketchy here so she's a 'niece' through Pauline
Giana is from the infamous Great Giana Sister series, known for its first game being a rip off of the first Mario Bros game. A remake was made for the DS and a really unique sequel is coming out too.
