Abilities: Being a robotic clone of Sonic, Metal Sonic has the ability to go as fast as the real hedgehog can, but he achieves this with a powerful rocket engine strapped to his back. Aside from this, he can also copy the abilities of any other character he is facing, such as Knuckles' strength. He is also able to fire a laser from his torso.
Weakness: Metal Sonic, whilst not physically weak, is rather arrogant, and will more often than not react quite harshly when aggravated enough; however, this affects his common sense, and can end up with him doing something reckless without thinking through the situation first.
POW Move: Copycat: In all its simplicity, Metal copies the POW move of one character he is facing in a thread, earning him the same pros and cons of it (three-post cool-down).
Chaos Ability: With a Chaos Emerald, Metal Sonic can encase himself in a fiery ball, or a black shield, which will protect him from damage, as well as harming others who come in contact with either of these barriers.
Personality: Metal Sonic is an aggresive and cold-hearted being. Although he is Eggman's slave, he is in fact quite dominative. Also, he is completely certain that he is the true Sonic, and will time and time again attempt to eradicate the real Sonic to reinforce this claim. When it comes to dealing with situations not involving general slaughter, he's impassive and snarky; a dry sense of humor and observations being readied in order to contrast with his counterpart.
History: After a prototype was destroyed by Sonic, Eggman decided to create a robotic clone of Sonic that he would use to go back in time and change the past, so Eggman could rule the world in the new future. He was also responsible for the capture of Amy Rose, and continually attempted to hinder Sonic's attempts at setting Eggman straight. However, he ultimately failed, and Eggman was defeated. However, Metal Sonic continued to pursue Sonic, determined to become the true Sonic by any means neccessary; countless defeats not withstanding.
