Status: Music Shop Manager, used to be an employee at a Barrel Works, but quit due to her flirtatious manager.
Location: Kongo Bongo Island
Abilities: Originally she wasn't really trained in self defense. But after some time apart from DK, she taught herself how to fight as well as most of the other Kongs. She can use some martial arts, and gymnastics due to...well, her being a Kong. But she's polished her potential beyond their limits. She also knows quite a bit about music, and quite a few gadgets around the isle of Congo Bongo.
Weakness: While she's not as much as a damsel as she used to be, she's still not quite an expert. She could end up cornered if she's alone, and in over her head. And more often than not, she may be in over her head. Sometimes a bit flaky on DK's help, since she's trying to show herself as an independent woman, and not the Candy of old.

Personality: There was a time where Candy was a prim and proper Kong, rather dislikes violence and would rather leave defending the Kong Realm to DK, while she supported him from the sidelines. But now a days, Candy's been toughening up, acting more independent. She still cares for DK, but she'd rather show that she can be of help too, like the other Kongs. She also loves music with a passion and likes people who feel the same, when the situation calls for it, she can be a bit of a tease. But she never means what she does, due to her feelings toward DK.
History:
Candy grew up with DK since she was young, hearing about stories from time to time of the Mushroom Kingdom. She admired DK, and for the longest time became his sweetheart. She supported him throughout so many adventures of his, mostly on the sidelines. However, as they grew older, she started to see some negative sides to DK, most notably his laziness. It lessened her feelings a bit, but between that and K.Rool's strength draining potion, Candy started to mature in her own way. She wanted to help too, but she didn't want to rely on DK for a few reasons. So she toughened up and started training on her own (mostly when DK was out playing karts and tennis with Mario and Peach), in order to support the island, and poor DK.
