Abilities:
Like most birds, Speedy can fly. Earning his nickname, speedy flies intense speed in the air, providing that there is nothing to slow him down. He has some level of strength, able to break rocks when at high speed in the air. From the Armada, Speedy has a collection of weaponry, from guns to bombs.
Weakness:
Speedy has a hard time making turns or directing himself in the air when he's fast, as such close areas are a hinderance to him.
His temper is a fault to, as he can't stand how he feels that he runs a clan of trash, and how some mutant-fox seems to be getting fame.
POW Move:
Funnel Blast
Speedy swirls around his target, trapping them in a tornado as he through in explosives, not letting them escape from them.
Sightless Twister
Only can be used when Speedy has more then two allies (Kukku are included). Can only be used once, and after it's use Speedy is tired and can't move of defend his next turn.
Chaos/Magic Ability:
Tornado of the Roc
Using energy to gather wind and air around him, taking the shape of a huge bird. Using this, Speedy swirls around the area creating huge gust of wind.
Personality:
Speedy is full of anger and hate, he views birds as a superior species and that they all belong to the Kukkus. He dislikes those that fly without wings, namely Tails. When they were younger, Speedy was one of Tails' tormentors. Speedy can be a sadist, liking to torment other lifeforms. He has no regard to most others, even those in his army. Though he does show some respect to those he has a good relation with, or even hired hitmen.
History:
The Battlekukku is a long line of warlords who command the Battle Bird Armada, decentness of the mystical people of Babylon. For eons have these birds seek out the secrets of their homeland, though until they do they are to make Mobius their home, namely their empire.
The Kukkus have a belief that birds, being that they are in the air, are the most superior species and all birds belong to the armada. With Land of the Sky, they believe they are the ones to have full rites to the world, so they pillage and siege wars on many islands.
One lone island was their first and considered by some in the Armada, their most embarrassing defeat. A lone fox boy... with two tails... and could fly with them, managed to defeat the whole Armada with his gadgets and brains.
Speedy, as Prince and second-in-command in the Armada, confronted Tails, hated the boy for flying with no wings, calling him a freak. Each defeat, the boy grew angrier. When the Kukkus were forced to leave the island alone, Speedy was furious!
Since then the Armada tried to get their reputation back, going back to conquering other islands, though their standard foes were the G.U.N.
However, nothing healed that wound of failure Speedy got... he detested Tails from what he did. Even worse, as tales of the fox-boy's adventure grew famous, Speedy looked at his armada and was disgusted at what he has; An army of idiots with guns while Tails is famous, he's glorified while he's playing king of the idiots!
