Toad Town: Party At The Palace?

As brave as they were, their strength stood NO chance against the giant brute, as they were knocked away like bowling pins.

"Your highness!" she cried, taking Peach's hand to led her around the chaos, and toward the entrance.

With a swift movement, Mario had kicked off the ground and leapt high above any of those around him. "Yah!" With a swift cry, Mario proceeded to slam his feet down on the Koopa's head.

In a quick reflex, he was in front of Bowser before jumping to use his Spin Attack on his chin... "HA!!"

"GAH!" They both hit the Koopa King, on opposite ends of his head. It took swing of his claws to get them off.
Mario's jumps was something he's always used to, though that hedgehog's moves were new.
"So you like to spin, huh? Okay, here's mine!" Going into his shell, the spiky armor was swirling around hurled for the two heroes, "Whirling Fortress!"

Gritting his teeth, Mario leapt out of the way. "Watch-a out!" he called to Sonic.

(I was hoping you would've have his Koopas block the princess. So...)

The moment the girls, and Toadsworth neared the door, it was blocked by a squad of turtles, and vicious mushroom creatures. "Stay right there, princes-"

But, as she charged at them, Sally slammed a smoke pellet between them, trapping them all in a bank of smoke. As they coughed, Sally slid her goggles on before dashing into the smoke.

And basically, sounds of punches, and bone cracking was heard...

Which Peach and Toadsworth cringed at them all. They really weren't a fan of violence.

"IIIEEEE!!!" Many of the Koopa Pack flew out of the smoke, while fighting sounds still played. And when the smoke cleared, the rest of the pack were on the ground, around Sally; some barely conscious, but in serious pain.

"Let's go!" she cried, dashing out the door.

"Oh dear..." she timidly muttered, following Sally.

"No need to tell me twice!!" He said, avoiding Bowser's attack with his speed.

"Gt!" A Magikoopa on a broom growled at seeing the girls run off, "After them!"

So a squad of the magical turtles flew after.




The spinning stopped and Bowser came out of his shell. Despite spinning for so many times, he doesn't feel the slightest dizzy, but he was getting annoyed. "Okay, try and dodge this!" Bowser leaped into the air, and he was coming back down onto Mario. Wither the plumber would dodge or not, a shockwave would ring through the room which Sonic has to dodge.

And he did, by jumping really high, doing his Spin Jump and.... shoot towards Bowser's face in a perfect target.

Needless to say, Mario dodged by performing a backflip; getting enough airtime to narrowly avoid the shockwave. "Hoo!" he groaned as he glared at the Koopa king.

Looking back, as they ran down the halls, she saw turtle wizards, on flying brooms, chasing them. Yeah...clearly they don't wield magical powers, what with their 'not'-wizard clothes, and 'not'-magical brooms. "Keep running!!"

Peach would stopped to wonder what the girl was doing, for MagiKoopas are pretty tough with their unpredictable magic, but her retainer kept towing her away.

Eying at the wizards, she pulled out double laser guns...and shot every single lamp, coating the halls in darkness.

"WAAAAAGH!!!" However, his brother hung onto a flying chair, tossed away by the shockwave.

"AH, its dark!" Shrieked one koopa.
"Turn 'on' your wand, stupid!" Groaned another.
"Oh.... oh right." He nervously chuckled, and whisking his wand, he made for himself as did other wizards.
Though using the remaining darkness to their advantage, the magikoopas cast out their magic to bring forth-


A fleet of bats, using echolocation they flew into the dark, seeking the Princess.

With a swing of a claw he threw Sonic back, "Enough of this, its time I pull out the big guns!" Pulling out from behind him, Bowser held what looked like a simple wand with a star on the top.


Though with the world they were in and the bright beams the rod was firing, it clearly wasn't just simple toy. "This time, Plumber, things are going to be different!"

"Whoa..." He shook his head as he got to his feet. "What in the...?!"

As she thought...unpredictable. But Sally was known to be very prepared. After all, all explorers had to be prepared for hostile bats in caverns. Which was why she packed a little something to deal with bats; a transponder. Her goggles act as night vision goggles to help her see in the dark. And thanks to a super computer, she found in her travels, she can scan data of anything and anyone around her, though the goggles' computer circuitry.

In other words, it's magic vs technology.

Anywho, tossing a small device past the Koopas, it stuck onto one of them. This transponder emits a sound that only bats can hear, which would attract them, without resistance.

Narrowing his eyes the instant he landed, Mario dashed right towards Bowser and leapt towards his face; throwing a powerful kick against the Koopa.
