 "Hmmmmmmmmmmm...." He was heading towards the doorway that'll allow him to enter Eggman's main base where he is with the 7 Chaos Emeralds... ...but, there are steel doors shut... He grinned. "Knock knock..." Why he grinned? Well, there's no time for stopping... Metal must behind him so... ...Sonic used his powerful Sonic Boost... ...increasing speed and power... ...and burst through the steel door like nothing. "Eggy, I'm hooooooooooooome!!!" Yeah... there are more steel doors... but, Sonic will get through them in time... |

 Sadly, though, Metal had been hot on Sonic's tail, and instantly scanned the data from when Sonic used a boost... " ...data copied. Activating Sonic Boost." His engines flaring, Metal stretched out one leg, and shot forward with such speed and power... ...slamming his outstretched leg against Sonic the instant he caught up, and spun around before the impact would send Sonic flying towards the door; instead launching him backwards to make Metal block his path again. " Fancy running into you here."

He flew backwards before he span in the air, landed on the door and smirked. "...you know, I'm kinda busy... why don't we see Eggy together...?" He launched himself off the door and used Sonic Boost... before spinning around to create a sort of spinning tornado drill... going so fast... it was impossible to stop or avoid... ...crashing into Metal's chest to push him through the doors. |

Even if he was struck and slammed through the doors, Metal didn't express any kind of pain... well, that should be a given, since he is a machine. " ...you don't know when to quit, do you?" he remarked dryly... ...as his chest suddenly fired a beam point-blank at Sonic's very being while they were colliding through so many doors. |

"Metal, you fool!!!" He just knew Metal would only a blast a clear path for Sonic. So, frantically, Eggman typed on the console. The sooner he gets his machine running, the better. |

As he glared at where Sonic ran, wondering how firing a beam away from where the doors leading into Eggman's chamber somehow aided the hedgehog without even touching him, Metal still proceeded to follow him... ...as Tails fluttered in right after Knuckles. |

And with Eggman out of the way... (SMAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASH!!!) The blue hedgehog crashed into the machine, containing the seven Chaos Emeralds... ...his plan, which he is making on his feet, is to grab all of 'em for Super fun and watch Eggman sobs. Simple, huh? However... not everything is that simple for Sonic... |
